Flatter blanks. Smoother production.
Leveling helps reduce coil curvature and improve sheet flatness, while cut-to-length processing prepares consistent blanks for forming, laser cutting, welding, and assembly.
Better flatness helps with nesting and fit-up, while repeatable blank sizes help reduce preparation time and keep production moving.

- Three leveling lines for light gauge through ¼″ material
- Up to 72″ wide on the Paxson line
- Cut-to-length up to 24′ on the Paxson line

Cut to size. Ready for your next step.
From sheet and plate to ready-to-use blanks, Blue Star Metals provides shearing for straight cuts, custom sizes, and repeat production. Whether you need long strips, resized sheets, or consistent blanks, we help prepare your material for the next stage of manufacturing.
Our 16-foot shear handles material up to 3/8″ thick, while a separate 12-foot shear cuts material up to 1/2″ thick. We match your cut length, material, and thickness to the right machine so you get the capacity your project needs.
Ordering material cut to size can reduce preparation time in your shop and simplify handling, forming, welding, and assembly. Send us your dimensions, material, thickness, and quantities, and we’ll help plan an efficient approach for your next order or ongoing production.

Holes, shapes, and repeatable patterns.
Turret punching puts shapes, holes, and patterns into sheet metal for common cutouts and repeatable profiles. Coordinate your punched parts through Moonlight Manufacturing and Blue Star Metals.
Our equipment includes an AMADA PEGA-345 CNC turret punch with an AMADAN-04P-C control and a Strippit 1000 SXP/30 with 30-ton punching capacity. Share your drawing, material, thickness, quantities, and timing so our team can confirm the processing approach for your order.

Material, thickness, part geometry, and tooling requirements are reviewed for each job. Contact our team to confirm the setup and turnaround for your order.
Explore turret-punching servicesStraighter parts. Smoother edges.
From sheared strips to production-ready flat bar, Blue Star Metals helps make your material easier to handle and prepare for the next step. Safety edging smooths sharp corners and reduces burrs left by shearing, while roller straightening helps correct bow and twist in the parts.
The result is straighter flat bar with eased corners and a flat side face—better suited for handling, packaging, welding, and assembly. Combining straightening and edge conditioning can reduce the time your team spends preparing each piece.
Whether you need a single order or ongoing production, send us your dimensions, material, and quantities. We’ll help confirm the right edge finish and processing approach for your project.

Heavy material. Handled with care.
From incoming coils to finished sheet, plate, bundles, and pallets, Blue Star Metals keeps your material moving through unloading, production staging, and loading for pickup or delivery.
Our seven-forklift fleet has listed capacities from 3,675 to 50,000 lb. The 50,000 lb Elwell-Parker supports our heaviest material moves, while the 24,000 lb Toyota and smaller lifts help match each load to the right equipment. That flexibility helps keep large orders moving and smaller jobs ready for the next step.

Planning a heavy or oversized load? Send us its weight, dimensions, and packaging details. We confirm handling arrangements for each load; usable lifting capacity depends on load center, attachments, and machine configuration.

Your material. Your delivery needs.
Choose local delivery or customer pickup. Two flatbed trucks, a three-axle International with a 40-foot step deck trailer, and two pickups support a range of order sizes. Trusted logistics partners also coordinate coil transport and out-of-state deliveries. Fewer transfers help limit handling and material damage.
- Flatbed and step deck deliveries, plus smaller pickup runs
- Customer pickup / will call
- Coil transport and out-of-state carrier coordination
Truck ratings are shown as listed. Actual payload and delivery arrangements must be confirmed for each load; gross vehicle weight is not cargo capacity.
| Machine | Rating | Use |
|---|---|---|
| 40,000 lb (listed capacity) | heavy local deliveries, large bundles, plate, and high-weight loads | |
| ||
| 35,000 lb (gross vehicle rating; not payload) | local deliveries for sheet, bundles, plate, and staged loads | |
| ||
| 40′ step deck trailer Payload: confirm for load | Transport for longer material, bundles, sheet, and plate | |
