Leveling & cut-to-length
Coil into production-ready blanks.
Reduce coil curvature and prepare flat, repeatable blanks for laser cutting, forming, welding, and assembly.
- Three leveling lines · light gauge through ¼″
- Paxson line: up to 72″ wide and 24′ long
Shearing
Straight cuts for sheets and plate.
Order custom blanks, strips, or repeat-size parts, with the shear selected for your material and cut length.
- 16′ shear: material up to ⅜″ thick
- Separate 12′ shear: material up to ½″ thick
Deburring & safety edging
Cleaner edges. Less preparation.
Ease sharp corners and reduce shear burrs on strip and bar before handling, packaging, welding, or assembly.
- Three Gauer 9H-10 Safety Edgers
- 20 ga–3/16″ thick · ½″–10″ strip width
Metal fabrication
From blanks to formed parts.
Coordinate fabrication through Moonlight Manufacturing, including forming, punching, roll forming, custom dies, and laser cutting.
